Close Encounters Terms and Conditions.

1. Ticket holders must be over 18 years of age. There may be occasion whereby younger adults will be allowed to attend, please call Close Encounters before booking to discuss.

2. Please do not consume alcohol or drugs before the event. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or any other substances will not be permitted entrance. Under these circumstances a refund will not be given.

3. You are required to act in a responsible manner throughout the event and not cause harm or damage to other persons or cause damage to any venue. Anyone failing to do so will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be given.

4. Close Encounters reserves the right to refuse admission to any person (persons). In the event of this happening Close Encounters will give a full explanation of their actions. No refund will be issued.

5. Close Encounters will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any equipment or belongings of participants during the event. Any property left unattended within the venue or its associated buildings and areas (including the car park) are left entirely at the owners risk.

6.  If any event due to take place in the open air is affected by adverse weather conditions which make that part of the event hazardous or presents a high level of risk of harm, Close Encounters reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the event without notice.

7.  No responsibility will be held by Close Encounters for any emotional, physical or other upset incurred as a result of participation.

8. Tickets are non-refundable and valid only for the event paid for.

9. Close Encounters reserves the right to alter terms and conditions at short notice.

Payment & Refund Policy
 

1. Tickets must be paid for at the time of booking. Payment to Paypal will ensure your place on the event is secure.

2. Close Encounters offers no refunds for cancellations.

3. On occasion it may be necessary for Close Encounters to cancel an event, if this is the case you will be contacted to arrange for you to book a future event of the same value or refunded.
